1. A unique identifier assigned to your installation and your
   website’s users’ installations of the Core.
2. Your device’s platform, i.e., osx, win32.
3. The version of the Software that you’ve downloaded.

4.	Auto-Updater Feature: 

From time to time, Yahoo! may automatically download the latest
version of the Software to your computing device and notify you when

5.	Third Party Software, Hardware, and Services: 

You are responsible for all third party software, hardware, and
services used in connection the Software. Any third party software,

disclaimers provided by such third party.

6.	Support and Software Updates:

Yahoo! offers no technical or maintenance support for the
Software. Yahoo! may offer upgrades or updates to the Software in its
